David Hagan

With over 18 years of experience in the Houston drywall and acoustical market, David brings construction discipline and market focus to the team of Performance Drywall. Beginning as a drywall and acoustical mechanic David worked his way up to his role as project manager, his knowledge of the drywall business was gained on the job. In the past 10 years, he has provided leadership to over $50M of work including such projects as the Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Houston, Kingdom Builders Center, Memorial Hermann Hospital - The Woodlands, Texas A & M Duncan Dining Hall renovations and the Texas A & M Langford Building. As a former Estimator / Project Manager of Baker Drywall, David brings extensive expertise in the industry, knowledge of systems and processes. David, his wife and two children reside in Cypress, Texas.
Jeremy Green
Vice President
With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeremy brings a breadth of knowledge and a wide range of experiences to Performance Drywall. Having provided leadership in the subcontractor sectors of the construction industry, he has a unique understanding of how Performance Drywall fits in conjunction with the entire project. Jeremy uses his knowledge and experience to bring value in the areas of budgeting, design build, construction management, and hard bid projects. His business development focus includes estimating, creative value engineering, and long-term partnering with clients /end users to insure client goals are exceeded. Over the last six years, he has been associated with Baker Drywall in the Houston market with responsibilities in project management, estimating and business development. Jeremy, his wife and two children reside in Montgomery, Texas.
Lloyd Hagan
Project Manager
With over 11 years of experience, Lloyd has gained experience in diverse areas of commercial drywall construction. In 2008 Lloyd joined the Performance Drywall team as Project Foreman where he quickly proved himself as a leader and easily made the transition to Project Manager. Lloyd has provided leadership on notable projects like Citation Oil & Gas, Harmony Science Academy, Fort Bend County Justice Center and Texas Emergency Care - Cypress, in addition to numerous other projects.
Brittany LeBlanc
Project Assistant
With over 5 years of accounting and management experience in commercial construction, Brittany has brought her unique skill sets and experience to Performance Drywall. As the former Office Manager for Standard Automatic Fire Enterprises, Inc. her experience with commercial billing, invoices, contracts and warranties is invaluable to Performance Drywall.
Alan Chambers
General Superintendent
Alan brings over 27 years of experience in commercial drywall. To date he has 22 years acting as a General Superintendent, bringing practical working knowledge and stability to our team. Starting as a Foreman, Alan gained experience in commercial drywall. Beginning in 1983, he transitioned into the role of Superintendent where he quickly earned an outstanding reputation as a leader in the management field. Alan has provided leadership on such notable projects as Minute Maid Park, The Woodlands Mall, First Colony Mall, multiple new schools in fourteen school districts and a host of other projects and renovations. In addition, his peers see him as an outstanding Foreman and Superintendent who is well known in the Houston area. Alan's ability to translate practical knowledge and experience into a working project is a valuable asset to Performance Drywall.
